Answers to common questions are found below:
How do I Cancel?:
To cancel your services, simply login to your members account, and in the upper right hand corner of the page, click 'Cancel Membership'. Fill out the forms as instructed and click Submit. Follow the instructions and your services will be canceled. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail and confirmation number.
Username/Password Issues:
Please allow up to 24 hours for your Username or Password to be processed within our system before you are able to login. If you are still having issues, please look over your confirmation e-mail and copy the username and password over to our website directly. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, it is possible you may have told our Sales Representative an incorrect e-mail address. Please contact our Customer Support Department by phone and they will promptly fix and re-send your login information.
Where do I find the property I saw in the Advertisement?:
We will do everything we can to help you find this property. Because we have about 1 million listings throughout the country, we will need some more specifics to locate this property. However, we do have access to the same database you do. I can guide you through finding the home. First, login to the members section. Once in the Listings section, select the State and County, or enter your zip code. This will return a list of the homes currently available. We do want you to understand that homes are added and removed daily. It is a competitive market, and the home you are interested in may not be available anymore. That is why we keep our database as up to date as possible, so there are always homes for you to find.
Where is certain information and/or Pictures?:
All the information you need to move forward with the property is included. The listings we receive from our sources (banks/lenders) often include only the essential information for our clients. Sometimes interior and exterior pictures are not included. We do however offer you a Map view, so you can get an idea of the home. Obviously we always provide the address of the property, which is all you need to move forward. It is best and we also highly recommend to go look at the home in person if you are remotely interested.
